1. Shipping Policy
We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
2. Delivery Locations
We offer shipping across India and internationally. However, certain remote locations may require additional delivery time or may not be serviceable. If your location is not serviceable, we will inform you at the earliest.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of the package, and the delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be provided at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping (if available): 1-3 business days
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information and a link to track your package. You can also track your order status from your account on our website.
5. Damaged or Missing Packages
If you receive a damaged package or if items are missing from your order, please contact us within 24hrs of delivery. We may require photographic evidence of the damage to process a claim with the courier.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If the order is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Delivery Partner
We work with trusted third-party courier services to ensure timely deliveries. Our delivery partners include but are not limited to Blue Dart, Delhivery, India Post, etc.
8. Undeliverable Packages
In rare cases, a package may be deemed undeliverable. This can happen if:
- The address provided is incorrect.
- Delivery attempts have failed multiple times.
- The recipient is not available at the delivery address.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
