1. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment: You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. You will receive a full refund, including any shipping charges.
After Shipment: Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted. However, you may initiate a return or exchange request as per our Return Policy.

2. Exceptions for Non-Cancellable Items

Customized or made-to-order products (e.g., personalized or handcrafted items) are not eligible for cancellation once the order is placed.

3. Timeframe for Cancellation

For Physical Goods: You can cancel an order within 24 Hrs of placing the order, provided it has not yet been shipped.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
The refund will be credited back to the original payment method, and the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your bank or payment provider’s policies.

5. Right to Refuse Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation of orders that are found to be in violation of our policy or where fraudulent activity is suspected.
